Disclosure of significant holdings of coronation asset management (Pty) Ltd, regarding capital management (Pty) ltd and Royal Bafokeng (Pty) Ltd in Astrapak limited ordinary shares

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122 of the Companies Act 2008, shareholders are advised of the following:
Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd (‘Coronation’) has notified the company that accounts under its management have increased its holding in the company to 29.33% of the ordinary shares. Accordingly, Coronation’s holding represents 29.33% of the voting rights in the company. Regarding Capital Management (Pty) Ltd (‘RE:CM’) has notified the company that accounts under its management have increased its holding in the company to 6.41% of the ordinary shares. Accordingly, RE:CM’s holding represents 6.41% of the voting rights in the company.
Royal Bafokeng (Pty) Ltd has notified the company that accounts under its management have decreased its holding in the company to 3.73% of the ordinary shares. Accordingly, Royal Bafokeng (Pty) Ltd’s holding represents 3.73% of the voting rights in the company.
